1.Load batteries:Unload the cover, according to the instructions are negative direction on two (No5) alkaline batteries, install battery cover.(Also can use 6V, 800mA dc voltage source)

2.Tie armbands:
(1)Tie cuffs in the left arm(Do not have any arms of clothing and accessories),the hose with the palm export gazing alignment.
(2)Don't tie cuffs too tight and cuffs edge below elbows should be distance about 2-3 cm (cuffs cannot bind tightly, also cannot too loose, can put a finger is the most appropriate).
(3)When measuring the position: relax, left hand up on a box (hard box may not oppress cuffs) make the cuffs at the same height with heart.

3.Measure:
(1)Open the swtich, LCD display all bright need about 5 seconds, then begin inflating into test, automatic start from 0mmHg or 0.0 Kpa, then gradually rising pressure measurement and testing,heart symbol flashes after measured values.
(2)After measuring the air inside automatic apocatharsis cuffs,display blood pressure and heart rate(broadcast measurement results).Now turn down the switch.If you forget to turn off the power,the instrument will automatic shutdown after 90s.
(3)Read memory:Open the memory key all bright needs about 2 seconds,then shows the first group of memory.Open the scroll left: query the former blood pressure value, (example: no. 8 memory) open the scroll right: query the next record(example: no. 7 memory) each time you press the button,the memory is displayed in turns from the biginning.
(4)Delete the memory:In shutdown, press left/right memory keys(both) about 3 seconds, all the memories will be deleted.

4.Date and unit adjustment:
(1)In off state, press time set button 3 seconds, enter date (in) adjustment, digital (**) year will be kept flashing, pressure memory key to adjust.
(2)Press the right memory button on time, the number increases one , and the left, the number will decreases 1. If keep pressing, the number will rapidly increase or decrease.
(3)When setting good year,press set key to enter the next confirmation.
(4)Repeat steps 2 and 3, separately adjust month, day, hour,minutue and the unit (mmHg mmHg/Kpa) ,then press switch to turn off the power.

1.When not fasten belt ring, please don't open open key.
2.In the measurement process should maintain a proper measure position, especially keep the band at the same hight with heart.
3.In the measurement , keep quiet, do not move or talk.
4.If you feel uncomfortable, press the button immediately, shut off the power.
5.If blood pressure to 300mmHg above, but there is no automatic vent, please solution under belt.
6.Do not throw, modification, remove instrumentation.
7.Don't distort, tearing belt.
8.Storage should avoid direct sunlight, also do not put in humid or dust.
9.If long time don't use instrument, remove batteries.
10.Can use wet cloth or a neutral detergent clean body, and dry it. Don’t use volatile solvent (eg.alcohol or petrol).
