1.Load batteries:Unload the cover, according to the instructions are negative direction on two (7) alkaline batteries, install battery cover.
2.Tie wristbands:
(1)Palm and sphygmomanometer upward, and at the bottom edge of 1.5 cm distance palm ,tie the band. (wristbands cannot bind tightly, also cannot too loose, with the wrist and comfortable as standard.)
(2)When measuring the position: Relax before measurement for 5-10 minutes, sit down at the tableplace the arm on the table, make wristband at the same hight with heart. Keep quiet and don't talk when measuring.
3.Measure:
(1)When measuring must keep quiet don't shake, speech, smoking, eating to avoid jamming measure.
(2)Turn on the power button, after two seconds, the pressure gauge begin to rise until 180mmHg, numerical gradually declining and measurements.
(3)After measuring the air inside automatic apocatharsis wristbands, blood pressure and pulse display.
(4)The instrument will say "abnormal" at the following situation:
First,the systolic pressure value is more than 140 or lower than 90.Second,the diastolic pressure value is more than 90 or lower than 60.Or else,it says "normal".
(5)Measuring instrument can store value up to 65 groups.
(6)After measuring,if screen shows heart symbol, heart rate is normal.Or else, if heart symbol is put in bracket,it is abnormal.
(7)If you forget to turn off the power,the instrument will automatic shutdown.
4.Adjust date:
(1)In shutdown, long press “set key” 3 seconds into the date "year".
(2)In time set mode, press "power" is up, press "memory key” is down.
(3)Press “set key”, convert month, day, and points.
(4)After adjusting time"minute”, once again pressure return to standby.
5.Memory read and delete:
(1).In the shutdown, press "memory key" can read recent measured values, including: time, date, high pressure, low pressure and heart rate.
(2).Continue to press "memory" button, you can inquiry memory value up to 65 groups.
(3).After display memory continuous pressing "memory" key about 3 seconds will delete all memory value. |
